    I was lucky enough to attend last night's game. You can't ask for more in a baseball game (other than the obvious), and Bryant's homer is hands down the best moment I have witnessed in a baseball game. We weren't going to win 11 in a row in the playoffs. This series ends tonight.

    It's much easier to find good brisket outside of Texas than it is to find good deep dish outside of Chicago.

    I know it's sad, but I do like the Giants... like maybe 1/10th as much as the Cubs... but yes, we need to crush them today. I really hope Maddon laid into them for their complete mental failure yesterday. That's the kind of crap that costs teams in the playoffs if they aren't sharp. Better now than then, but it's serious trouble.

    So I'm trying to watch the replay on this game and all I can watch is the MLB PLUS feed, which is what I would argue is the worst sports coverage I have ever seen... and I've been watching the NBC olympic coverage. How can these people even exist? They are talking about specifically everything they could possibly talk about that is NOT the game they are supposed to be covering.
