What was done to bring about any animosity anyway? Theo's old boss was fairly unhappy with the compensation process. They got Byrd practically for free and gave up a guy they DFA. Why would they be pissed? Pretty sure he was talking about the compensation process for Theo coming to the Cubs. -

I don't see the point in trading Soto right now. He isn't blocking a hot catching prospect in the minors and his trade value can only improve as the season goes on (it certainly can't get any lower).
