So you are predicting the Pacers plane to crash on the way to Miami. Not cool dude. :P Hahaha. I will be cheering for Indiana however, fun team to watch. I see Miami in 6 but would love to see the upset. Nobody expects the Pacers to win so hey, I'm going to relax and have fun with it. At least the Pacers advanced further than the Bulls...too soon? :hello:

Squeezing a guy with no control? Great! As Len and Bob said, the umpire is influenced by the fact he's wild. A borderline pitch is probably going to be called a ball because the ump knowing how bad his control is. The umps don't give him credit for being able to hit the corners. I dont know if that makes any sense. It sounded better coming from Len. I can understand that but also I'm listening on the radio and Pat & Keith did not act outraged by any of those calls...not that they can really tell either from the radio booth. Well Marmol got out of it! Hopefully that can be some kind of turning point for him.

Random "friend of a friend" rumor from my buddy in Cincinnati: Mat Latos plans to hit Bryce Harper square in the back the first time he faces him. The Reds play the Nationals next weekend and Latos will be scheduled to start in that series so...hell, I'll probably watch that first at-bat just in case. :stickman:

Damn that sucks. It was about to be a great game annually. Who killed that? The two sides could not agree on the terms of the series renewal (the game in Bloomington this past December was the last game before the contract expired). Indiana wanted to keep the home and home setup, Calipari wanted to move the games back to neutral court. Neither side would budge at all. Kinda sucks, I wanted to see Indiana end UK's winning streak at Rupp. Not sure if the same rationale applies to the end of the UNC-UK series too or not? But apparently Cal thought UK needed to ease up the OOC schedule anyways since the Missouri and TAMU are joining the SEC. :-k

The Indiana-Kentucky series is officially over now I guess. And apparently UK-UNC might be dead too? :-k IU had been talking to Kansas about a series...wonder if that rumor has any legs?

They finally did get it together in the 2nd half. I think they will win the series in 5 games.
