  1. From 15-20 and on the verge of being 4 games out of first to 15-27 and the worst record in baseball. :?
  2. I attended that game and it was fairly brutal to watch. Especially given that I was in a section that felt like it was 50/50 Miami fans along with a couple Bulls fans cheering for the Heat. :?
  3. He just can't handle the pressure of the big games, man. Dude is going to be 0-2 now, he just doesn't know how to win.
  4. It is really shame that Dempster's crappy outing has wasted such a tremendous showing by the Cubs offense.
  5. Dude... he's been a stud pretty much all season... just drop it C'mon now, if Dempster can't keep his ERA at or under 1.00 then he is just stealing the Cubs money.
  6. Yes, the Cubs entire season was resting on this one game.
  7. If only Ryan Dempster would stop [expletive] the bed all the time, the poor Cubs might have a chance this season.
  8. Lord knows what this even means. That means he is at his worst when his team needs a W the most. See playoffs, Dodgers. This game, etc. 1st game of a playoff series, random game in May for a last place team. Same thing. Not a playoff game obviously but it's still a game with a bit more intensity you can't deny that and Dempster has [expletive] the bed again. So every time he pitches well it is automatically a meaningless game and every game he pitches like [expletive] is automatically a huge game? That is one spicy meatball! :good:

  10. Unfortunately the 2003 Cubs don't exist on The Internet except on Cub sites. Possibly I lack skills but I can't find a shred of good 2003 material. Yeah it sucks.
  11. Wade in Bloomington today chilling with Tom Crean.
  12. Pirates break up the no-hitter with 1 out in the 9th. Man.
  13. I really enjoyed watching Wade, one of the best players in the game, go 2-13 on FG, 0-2 on 3's, 1-2 on FT's, score 5 points and turn it over 5 times tonight. So in other words he "suspended" himself tonight in the interest of fairness. Works for me. So glad I grabbed a ticket to Game 4 last night online.
  14. BOOM BABY! Hopefully there will be fewer creep faux-Heat fans at Banker's Life Fieldhouse for the playoffs. The two regular season Pacers-Heat games featured an ungodly number of those d-bags.
  15. I feel like I've aged so much tonight, I may as well start calling myself Fred. :hello: You're really lucky I left Fort Wayne this morning !!! I don't know about that, I would feel a lot luckier about getting to drive away from this town. Son, you ain't in prison there, are ya ?? If you don't like it there, get in your car and leave !! You got nobody to blame but yourself !! And on that note, after the final out tonight I will finally work on fulfilling my lifelong dream of being a hobo. Packing up the knapsack as I type...
  16. No words. Just RAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAGE.

  19. Damn you Stewart and your shitty BABIP. START WEARING A RABBIT'S FOOT!
