    If Hester would have been tackled when he ran it out that is where they would have got the ball. It was a huge risk and Hester said the only reason he brought it out was because he seen the Bears have a wall lined up, and the Giants players with their head down walking off the field. Said if they would have been coming towards him he would have downed it no question at all. As for Lovie, I think he was just joking around with the media.

    Ok, so the Bears destroy Buffalo, and then Indy wins by 1 against Buffalo. The NFL is awesome, from week to week you really have no clue what will happen. GO BEARS

    So, if the Trammel rumor is correct, we have: Bench Coach: Alan Trammel Hitting Coach: ? Pitching Coach: Larry Rothschild Firstbase Coach: ? but believed to be Quade. Thirdbase Coach: Bullpen Coach: Matt Sinatro. I think 3rd base will end up being Speir. I have no clue about the hitting coach though, but it is a very important position, and I hope its a good thing they are taking their time on it.

Just about as called for as it is to call Prior a "wimp, or a headcase". To think that he seriously doesnt want to pitch, and likes to be hurt, is assanine.

    Anybody else think this stadium looks awesom? I love the rolling of the field in and out, and the aesthetic value looks really nice.

    Too bad Lou didn't hire Joe to be his bench coach. The best part of the hire is the bench coach-McLaren. This might be the closest to having McLaren as manager as I expect Piniella to get ejected and suspended at various points during the next 3 years. As much as Lou gets credit for being a great in-game manager, McLaren is usually the one that pulls those strings. Lou is known as an aggressive manager on the bases. Where is McLaren from? I have never heard his name mentioned much for managers positions, why? Do we have any possibilities for the hitting coach and such? I have heard Chris Chambliss name mentioned as a possibility. Why is he a good choice?

    Levine just said payroll will probably jump to 115mil. Says Cubs would like to have Soriano for CF. Zito and Schmidt are possibilities. Says Piniella demands his players and coaches to take responsibility, unlike Dusty. Said if a catcher calls a bad sequence of pitches he will talk to the catcher(or the pitching coach, whoever is calling pitches) right after it happens to find out why it happened.
