    No need to shout, eh? Sorry, but at this point I think shouting is appropriate. If hes not going to play(again) then send him down and let him play. I hear what you're saying, but at the same time, I've heard the reports that Lou & the hitting coach are working with him on his swing, and I just can't believe that they're gonna keep him on the bench the rest of the year. I gotta think that at some point, hopefully relatively soon, they're gonna stick him back in the lineup. Maybe they are waiting for us to get Arod at SS so we can afford to have his slumps in cf :wink:

    Wade Miller ready for a rehab stint in Peoria. Lou says hes throwing better than he has all year. He must be hitting 85 now woooo Blanco is also ready for a rehab stint. Its pretty bad when you look forward to Henry Blanco getting healthy

    Thats BS. If anybody was to be added to the roster how in the hell can it not be Young? The guy has a 2 something ERA, hes getting absolutely screwed.

    Cust is precisely the reason the A's are bringing Piazza back as a catcher. He was supposed to start his rehab stint in Sacramento but when the A's made this decision they gave him some extra time to make sure his shoulder was ready before he started throwing. And its not working. I think the A's are concluding that his arm won't be healthy enough to be back behind the plate this year. http://sports.yahoo.com/mlb/players/4928/news Does it really matter if his arm is healthy? He couldnt throw when he had a healthy arm, so whats the big deal if its hurt, either way hes not throwing anybody out.

    Back to your jokes again? The gold glove part yes but Theriot is as good as Cedeno and has shown inconsistent brilliance at second and short but the gold glove is a joke. wrong. Theriot never put up the numbers in AAA that Cedeno is putting up at a much younger age. Inconsistent brilliance? Right whatever man I'm talking about glove work. And my point still remains the same. Cedenos range is vastly greater than Theriot, as well is his arm.

    IDK his true skills but i've seen him make quality plays better than Izzy and izzy has a gold glove, that's what i'm going off of You are going off Izzy winning a Gold Glove? HAHAHA you realize the Gold Glove is the most meaningless award in baseball right?

    In the overall scheme of things yes, it's one less game on the calendar but if the Brewers lose, or are rained out, it's status quo for now in the division. Who knows about the WC? A lot of things woud have to happen there to prevent a loss of ground. if its rained out we lose a half game

April: 1.77 ERA, 0.87 WHIP May: 4.66 ERA, 1.31 WHIP June: 4.32 ERA, 1.17 WHIP But hes got the 10th best whip in the ML! Never mind the fact that he has been average or below average outside of his spectacular start. But thats ok, people can keep living off his one month, and making excuses for the rest of the year, its not Richs fault at all. This logic can extend to Zambrano as well. Whats your point? I havent seen anybody going around and constantly making excuses for why Carlos sucked. However, with Rich, nothing is his fault and he is God and can do no wrong. My point is you have to look at the season as a whole. Rich has been inconsistent but overall he's been above average (more so than Z overall although he's gotten much better of late). I think its important that Z struggled early, and obviously made the adjustments a ML pitcher needs to make. Where as Hill was dominant early, and has yet to make the proper adjustments to get back to the dominance.

    actually, 4.32 ERA is above average and 1.17 WHIP is well above average for NL pitchers in the month of June, but I guess I can't dispute the May portion of your poorly-constructed argument. Wow you got me there. 4.32 is just dominating the league average of 4.19
