Jason Marquis numbers are right in line with everybody on that list except Kershaw and Jackson.

It means Jack? Check the division standing and perhaps you'll see how big that series was. Because of that series, the next series might not mean too much. It means jack the next time we play them. It was a win and thats always good, but it has absolutley no effect on what happens the next time we meet.

Do you not see the reasoning behind this? Lee has a much longer track record than Theriot does. The numbers Theriot has put up are alot better than anything Ryan has done in his minor league career, or his short major league career. If you cant see the justification for it then I dont really know what to tell you. -

Well maybe some of you will get your wish now since Lee left with back spasms. I wonder if the people clamoring for Lee to get less PT, are the same people who want Caleb Hanie to have a shot at the Bears QB job. -
Shark should be good for at least 2, Marmol and wood are also good to go , that's 3 or 4 innings of fresh (if effective) arms. Yea I just like the mixup from Harden to Marshall. Harden to Shark is still good, but both power guys even though Harden throws that change alot. Not a big deal

Well, 17 and 22 still isn't a lot. While true, how many teams have the number 8 hitter on some days with 15? Lee and Aram not putting up enormous power is not that big of a deal. The lineup is consistent 1-8 and I would think Cubs fans would know from the past, hitting alot of HR's doesnt make you a good team.

Its funny you say that, yet are clamoring for DLee to go to DL and Hoff to take over. Hoffpauir is good defensively. It's not an insane suggestion because of defense. While good I highly doubt hes near as good as DLee is at picking throws. To be fair, there are not alot of first baseman who are as good at picking the ball as Lee is. So I doubt we would see an increase in errors from ARam or Theriot, just because we go from Lee to Hoffpauir. That statement makes no sense. You say there arent alot of 1st baseman who are as good at picking the ball as Lee, but then say errors woudnt increase without him at 1st? In case you havent noticed Aram and Theriot both have a tendency to throw alot of balls in the dirt.
