I love how umpires randomly just pick when to call a balk. A balk could be called so much more than it is, but yet they just dont call it untill they feel like it.

Well Theriot has dropped off quite a bit in August as well, so its not like hes been tearing the cover off the ball.

Well they do have nearly the same OPS, and Theriot hasnt exactly been on fire the last 10 days or so. Actually over the last 10 days Fuku has hit for a better average, for whatever thats worth

what, that their quarterback is named j. williams and that they were passing every down due to being behind? I know this was the final drive and they were passing every play, but it seems like Illinois is going to have to rely completely on Juice this year. Even when the game was close Illinois couldn't run the ball well. EDIT: And I realize that Chase Daniel is pretty good, but it's not like Illinois was able to stop Missouri from running the ball either today. Fortunately for Illinois, the Big 11 isn't exactly stocked with potent offensive teams. Honestly its really hard to take away alot from this game since it is the 1st game of the year for both teams. I really wish they could move this game till after both teams had a chance to get acclimated. I think it would make the game even more fun.

Lol Illinois fans needed humbled? Give me a God damn break. Has there been 1 person on here proclaiming NC? We were facing a rival team, whos ranked # 6 right now, how dare our fans be excited for the game. Not one person was on here guaranteeing a victory or nothing like that. The Big 10 and Illinois hate from some people here is beyond ridiculous, and the very reason why I wanted to start a seperate thread for the Illinois Mizzou game. This crap gets really old on this board regarding the Big 10 and Illinois, I really think we just need 1 thread dedicated to either the Big 10, or to the Illini, just so you dumbasses wouldnt have to read it.
