    Being good with money is an acquired skill, and there's nothing about pro athletes that makes them more likely to have that skill than the general population. That's why so many of them end up legitimately broke.

    Since always. It's pretty much the textbook definition. If I had said "proven chronic cheater," then your "one time" defense would make sense. But I didn't and it doesn't. Well then Joe Morgan is an admitted cheater as well. Works for me. I'm pretty sure there's lots of users littering the so-called pure past of baseball. Hank Aaron's an admitted PED user too, and I'd say it's 50/50 whether he was a chronic user.

    80% chance of getting through the first round, 20% of getting through the second. They can play a competitive series against SJ or Detroit, but it will have to involve an insanely hot goalie and a string of our best performances.

    This kind of loss doesn't bother me. It's like that one game a year in baseball where you hit 15 line drives right at fielders and the other team bloops home a couple runs. Of course, being locked in to a playoff seed helps me feel that way.
