 How do the announcers not know what's going on when their cameras showed a still shot of his leg snapped for like 5 seconds? "I think he may have rolled an ankle" and there's two trainers attending to his upper body, while his knees are up and his lower shin is dangling at 90 degrees. my understanding is that its a good thing its in the middle of the bones and away from a joint.
it seems like for years defense and rebounding were never a problem, even in down seasons. now they may be the teams only problems, but they're big ones.
We probably would be complaining about shot selection if they weren't on fire in the first half. I know about the pressure, but does Mizzou have any shot blockers?
for anyone who saw the end of the KU game - was the goal tending call BS? i was there and i didnt have the best view. it just seemed like he was pretty far from the basket. aldrich carried them, if he didnt play i think the tigers win easily.
why on earth is the usc game blacked out here? espn was bragging all week that the 2 games would be on espn or abc, depending on your area. i've got directtv and live in MO. so im stuck with tex game and rain delay.
certainly playing against the other teams 1st and 2nd squad would be a positive for underclassmen. some of those guys may only get a quarter's worth of real gametime all year, and you would rather they just take a knee?
Was it third string at that point? I don't have any problem with running basic, straight ahead runs to get backup and 3rd string OL and RB some experience. exactly. when are these guys supposed to get any experience, 4th quarter in close games?
SI showed them at like #22 in pass defense last year, which surprised me. i guess they just picked a poor stat like YPG. tinoisamoa lead the rams in tackles last year, whatever thats worth.
