A barn would have been apropos. those would not be useful. the space would better be used for the homeless, or for some maximum security prison. maybe more public housing. then it could be used all year round, not just by some rednecks in the summer. -

Yes, it's called pod seeding. In this case, it actually works to Duke's detriment since a lot of UNC fans will cheer against them. It happened when Duke and UNC were both 1 seeds in 2005. some of the fans like UNC? who cares, the advantage is in not travelling across the country. UNC and Duke can be placed in the same location, so UNC fans that stay for the later games will cheer against Duke. And yes, an advantage is not traveling across the country, which Duke has earned with their season. its just that there is always games in NC. there isnt always games in IL, despite the having the 3rd largest city

he apparently wants to go to illinois, but that won't happen unless he wants to walk on. but jeff is bad, real bad right now. he may develop into something like frazier, but he's got a long way to go. Yeah, I think Marcus Jordan really needs a scholarship since his family is hurting for money. FWIW, I talked to Marcus after the NU/Illinois game at Evanston, and he said Davidson is his first choice. thats interesting. i heard the younger one was better, maybe he is and jeff is also just Davidson type talent

i get what your saying, but in the (Points= seed x round) format, there the most important games until the weekend. I guess it's gimmicky and different but that seems like a stupid way to run a pool. Much like the fools who just go 1-2-3-4-5-6 so you get no credit for picking the champ. I never liked the doubling format either. i havent done the math, but it seems if you pick 4 low seeds, say 5-7, to get to the FF and one of them does, that may be enough to get you paid. run-on sentence

Yeah, the conference commissioner must have kicked him in the nuts or something the way he hates on the B10. And the awesome part of it is how he just ignores facts to try to get his point across. It's hard to make Vitale sound like the most rational guy in the room, but Digger just pulled it off. are we going to get UI or oklahoma for the nightcap down here?
