If the Brewers wanted him, the Rangers would probably trade Millwood for LaPorta and minor league arm right now. LaPorta could play first or DH for the Rangers today. -

How about eat some dollars, trade Soriano, and sign Dunn. :D But if Cuban wanted to make a splash, simply getting KRod and Sabathia might do the trick. -
I have no problems rooting against Wellemeyer. When he puts those birds on the bat across his chest, he showed that he lacked any moral character. I hope he gives up 10 in three.

Brewers trail the Astros 6-2 in the 6th.

And the line-up change doesn't really work. Braves lead 7-1 in the seventh. Jo Jo Reyes went 5.1 IP while allowing 1 run. Belisle wasn't too bad, but the Reds bullpen fell apart in the 7th.

If he did that, it would be inviting hitters to bunt and force him to go off the mound. I doubt his knee could take much of that if the ACL is completely torn, even with a brace.
