Let me take a stab at a few of these. I think the loss of Gallardo is a big blow to the Brewers. The step down to Bush will be huge. Does it wipe them out? No. But it might mean the Brewers will have to use some trading chips (Gamel, LaPorta) to go after a starter. They already need to add to the pen, so it just makes an additional need on the team. Yost is an idiot. I think that's clear. I don't know if the injury worsened or anything. I'm not a doctor, but I liken this situation to when Dusty left Prior in the game after the collision with Giles in 2003. It was stupid. When something like that happens, it's best to get the player out and assess the situation. If it's a torn ACL as I've heard, surgery is the only way those things get fixed. Bush. I forsee a trade. Harden might be a possibility. Beane probably would want LaPorta or Gamel and then some. Millwood could be another if the Brewers can afford the contract. I think you have a good idea. Bumping an anti-Brewer thread after a loss though is probably pouring salt in the wound and will likely not win you over. Also, I think a lot depends on how long you've been here. We might allow a little more gloating from someone who has been here through thick and thin. But if someone sticks a pick of Braun in their sig as soon as he wins the game and then makes some of the comments I've seen today, then he/she isn't going to be treated too kindly....at least not by me.
