    With what money? and whose? I think "getting a-rod" is code speak for "hitting the sauce HARD" I don't think A-Rod will be avaliable this winter unless we take him down off the cross the NY fans will crucify him on.

    Derrick's head doesn't seem to be into it, or maybe it's too much into it? Not running after a PB Not taggin up after Floyd hit it out to RF and their RF does not have that accurate of an arm.

    Not calling me up for this series!!!! I struck out 10 in a row in coach pitch softball for my daughter's ten year old team. I am qualified

    Not to be negative, but I am a cubs fan, where did anyone figure we were going to win in AZ at all? 1. Webb is a good pitcher and has a good record against the Cubs 2. Home field advantage AZ. 3. Best record in national league and second best at home. 4. Their division race was tight with three teams making a better playoff mindset 3. Davis winning record against the Cubs and great era against our bigger hitters. 4. Lily a fly ball pitcher in a flyout of the park stadium. 5. They swept the Cubs earlier and this has given them a lot of confidence. 6. The Cubs are showing up with the offense we have all grown to loathe. When they are in this mode we usually go in streaks with it. 7. Their BP is not shabby esp. Lyons and crazy eyes. Maybe if we take a day to regroup the "other Cubs Team" will show up

    It wasn't dumb to take "Z" out Marmol has been pretty darn reliable. who new it wouldn't be this time I dont care how reliabel Marmol had been. You dont take out a pitcher who was dominating to try and save him for a game 4, that you cant get to unless you win a game. You win the game you are playing, before worrying about trying to win a game 4. It was a gamble and Lou lost, but at least he tried something. This team does not take chances, they won't even tag up on a fly ball with a weak throwing right fielder

    Lily should pitch, Chase field is not a field for a fly ball pitcher, Lily is a flyball pitcher. I think he will fair better at home.

    I think we underestimate the D-Backs and this series is done if we lose tonight a toss in our favor if we win.

    Agreed, seemed everybody new he was going to be pulled. I respect "Z" bat as a pitcher, but a ph mentality was needed, it was a bit of a pressure situation for a pitcher.

    Agreed three times over!! wish we had a guy like that instead of Traschel and Marquis

    I was disapointed that D. Lee didn't at least run as hard as he could to first on the third strike. His speed would have gotten him there if he would have payed attention. why didn't Lee tag up from second on the drive by Floyd, the RF didn't have that great of an arm.
