    nature of my small classes and project oriented curriculum I have time, but some would say it is almost an obsession. As long as Bob and Tom doesn't do the skit "The man who likes NSBB more than sex" and uses my voice I think I am ok.

    13 runs and not Taco?? I missed the middle innings and my local paper is terrible about publishing the box-scores. It is real tough disecting mlb.com and where they locate the old time box scores. So did they steal a base so we can go to Taco Bell for the free Taco??

    I don't know the precise answer to this, but I do recall reading that in a 4-inning simulated game the Rockies played last week, Clint Hurdle saw some time in left field and Vinny Castilla, who isn't on the 40-man or the coaching staff, played third base, which gives some idea of whatever restrictions there are.     I can't believe any of you could have this line-up perfect because I see guys who are actually under 30 years old and that makes Dusty nervous. I can see Moises Alou batting fifth and Dunn batting 1st

    change of subject slightly. A rule clarification: Can the Rockies, do to their long layoff, scrimmage college teams, semi-pro teams, call up 15 of their minor leaguers or bring in all 40 man roster in order to stay somewhat fresh? or must they just play inter-squad

    To get to the hottest hitter on the Red Sox? No chance. But the Indians have turned 14 dbl plays with a shaky ground ball pitcher on the mound odds were pretty good

    As per Dusty. "I am anxious to get down to fundemental baseball" Does this mean Dunn will be bunting with a man on second?? This should keep qiet all the Dunn man love for at least 7.2 months

    it uses RS and RA. I probably should have scaled Rs and Ra, but I did not. The whole idea that pitching wins championships and games really is overblown. Thank You

    I am hoping for people continue to post actual game happenings rather than just reactions, sometimes gameday is a bit slow esp. for the boys overseas

    Name is important, esp if it has four/five letter let's say Augie or Gary (Gietti), Matt. These could be nicknames like Buck or Gabby, "the moose" catfish. I do believe we are real bored and cleveland and the Resox aren't satisfying our craving for baseball, but this was a good thinking subject.

    Decrease the roster to 18. Nine players/fielders, five pitcher, 2 relievers and two off the bench and lose the DH. Just to be different.

    Which broacast do you enjoy more, from an annoucer standpoint? TBS-bob and Chip and Tony Fox with Joe Buck and the other guy. I am giving you two choices even though you have more. This is a last resort type of question.
