  1. In his defense, let's see you try running in 110 degree weather. :D
  2. While we're on commercials here, I can't stand Quiznos commercials. I want to pull out my hair everytime I see one.
  3. What a big surprise there. Angel might as well go sell cars. He' never going to be healthy enough to pitch in the big leagues.
  4. And now we can't turn the double play. Evidently the Cubs want to give the Cards about 10 outs this inning.
  5. Walker needs a day off. He's been absolutely pathetic the past two games.
  6. How much are the Cards paying Walker to play like this? :x
  7. Anyone look at the Cards lineup? No Pujols. No Walker. I bet they still kill us.
  8. Holla has been absolutely awful, but yet he keeps getting starts. Way to go Dusty. :wall:
  9. One of Walker's worst I am sad to say. Usually I have a ton of confidence in him at the plate, but last night was rough. Two DPs and No sac fly late. Redemption day for him, I hope. I look for Walker to have a big day today. He's got to be pretty ticked off at himself for last night's performance.
  10. Dusty sucks. We should trade Murton to the Braves so he can get a chance to play.
  11. So has anyone seen Kearns or Dunn getting on a plane for St. Louis? At least we won't have to worry about seeing Graves this time.
  12. I'd say an average whip would be around 1.3 or so.
  13. You add up how many walks and hits a pitcher has given up and you divide it by how many innings pitched.
  14. New Question: With all of the articles out saying Kearns would love to play for the Cubs and the Cubs would love to have him (see transactions), would you rather give up decent prospects to get Kearns or would you rather just go with Murton?

i love the ball that kearns put up the middle during yesterday's game. range does matter. cedeno knocks that ball down at the very least. i don't mean to rag on Neifi. i think he is next to worthless, but every team has those types of players. he was never intended to start this many games. dusty is the idiot who keeps trying to hammer the square peg into the round hole. I loved it when Brenly pointed out that Neifi took a terrible line towards the Kearns ball. He basically said Neifi should have at least knocked that ball down, but Neifi took a very shallow line towards that ball and it got by him. Neifi sucks.
  16. Guess Bruce isn't that big a fan of Morgan: That's great. =D>
  17. There were a TON of kids there, all wearing matching shirts so their masters could easily collect them. They and their ignorant elders among the Reds' fandom were dazzled by the artificial enthusiasm crap on the scoreboard. Cincinnati hasn't been a good baseball town in years. Opening Day brings some passion, then Cub fans bring some to town for 2-3 series a year. That's it. It really is a shame what's happened to Cincy. It used to be such a good baseball town. Their management doesn't have a clue and it's only going to get worse for their fans. I feel bad for them.
  18. I like the new look HHH. There's columns and everything. Keep it up!!!
  19. I'm having this terrible case of deja vu.
  20. I don't know, but MATCH-UPS ASAP!!!!! :P HHH is probably on strike after those 2 miserable performances by the Cubs the past 2 games.

Neifi gets on base 28% of the time. That's just not good.
  22. Wait...who won??? :D
