    You have to keep trying for as long as it takes once you get to the actual ticketing screen. I got the "We're sorry" thing about 20 times before I actually got to buy the tickets. Just keep clicking continue as fast as you can. YOU'VE GOTTEN THROUGH 20 TIMES!?!?!? No, I've gotten through twice, but when you get through and try to get the tickets you're likely to get a message saying something about "we're sorry, but we can not process your request at this time due to high transaction volume." You have to keep hitting the continue button to get through. I got the we're sorry message about 20 times.

    Keep submitting your request. You'll get through. And don't hit the back button or you'll get kicked back to VWR.

    No, once you buy tickets you have to go back into VWR before you can buy more tickets.

    Yes!! I'm so excited. I got the Pittsburgh tickets that I really wanted for my family trip, and I also snagged 6 tickets to the Friday Red Sox Game. I'm so pumped because I got shutout last year.

    I'm assuming the gentleman you saw with the NSBB shirt was JonMDavis who's a moderator on this site. He's posted his experience in this Thread along with others who went to the Convention. Also, welcome to NSBB!!!
