  1. Palencia has been like Ryan Pressly, stressful.
  2. That's what every Cubs fan wants. Scored runs in only one inning, and that was long. I think Shota rested too long.
  3. When was the last time Seiya hit a home run? Must be very long time ago.😁
  4. Shota is doing fine, as long as he doesn't allow any more run. His pitch count is still low, and he could probably pitch two more innings. How many Cubs SP can pitch 7 innings consistently? Basically, only Shota lately. His command isn't great today, though.
  5. That's OK with me. He had very low pitch count, because he didn't need to strike them out.
  6. Yeah, except for Rogers. I was wondering why Craig used Kittredge a lot more than Rogers. Now, I kinda know.
  7. And, Thielbar is another one. His our 2nd best reliever, and honestly, I didn't expect much, when he joined the team. I think he's having the best season in his career, and he's not young.
  8. I agree. Keller has been great. Yeah, the best reliever we have. We need to keep him.
  9. When the Cubs singed these two guys in the winter, I thought Boyd could be good, if healthy, and didn't expect much from Kelly. Man, I was wrong. With Amaya missing so many games this year, the Cubs could've been really bad without Carson. And, he was simply amazing offensively in the first couple of months, too. BTW, I really miss Amaya. He started hitting better late last year, and he was good, until he injured. And, I don't even want to think about his 2nd injury. That was just sad moment. Hopefully, he'll come back in a few weeks. Then, we lost Steele early in the season. Without Boyd (pitching well and staying healthy) and Horton, it could've been really bad. Shota missed 6 or 7 weeks, too. I really appreciated their efforts.
  10. Tucker really sucks at Wrigley. He was great last week. Now, he came home, and went back to the same old bad Tucker.
  11. Kelly finally! I was just thinking he's been bad lately, and wanted Amaya back ASAP,
