    I suppose alternating is fine for basketball. It's a better event to attend in Indy if you're going to be there for a few days. It just seems completely different when IU is terrible and attendance depends upon them.

    Marion did play solid defense and was arguably their best player in the first two games.

    Yes. That happened when the site was hacked last year. Search and many of the moderators' tools weren't working either. A week or so ago Tim upgraded to the latest edition of PhpBB and that fixed the problems. Well, that solves that question. Good Lord.

    Agreed. And every time I check out a different Cubs site it makes me bang my head against the wall which I don't like to do.

    Chandler had 4 boards in 35 minutes. Haywood and Marion were the only guys who made a difference on the glass. Plus Barea, Terry and Peja went 4-21.

    Come on. I hate the Heat but Terry just grabbed Chalmers around the neck/head. You can't let that go. He had the terrible foul there and the forced quick 3 when they were down 6.

    Dallas getting killed on the boards when Haywood isn't in there. Chandler needs to step it up.

    You're right, Ohio State is the only B1G team to play in a BCS game recently.

    I don't think Pryor will play another game at OSU. Suddenly Wisconsin looks poised for a big run in the Leaders division. Illinois, Indiana, Purdue, OSU in line for a few down years and PSU will be looking at the end of the Paterno era.

    This is the most excited I've been about The Finals since '05. Might be my favorite non-Pistons Finals since Jordan.

    Ford has them taking Charles Jenkins and I think he's a rotation guy at least by his 2nd year. He can play.

The statistical evidence that compares Rose to 4 really good players including two of the best of all time to two guys who were really talented but didn't have their heads on quite right? I mean I guess it's not a horrid comparison but I'm not sure I see the point. illiniguy named two guys which were called horrid comparisons. Those 2 guys are #1 and #4 on his similarity score list. Therefore they're not horrid. I like Rose and he's obviously more mature, humble and level-headed than those two but he still has some of the same concerns on the court.

    LeBron will be guarding Dirk quite a bit in the 4th quarter, I imagine. Fortunately the Heat will be facing a superstar that's an upgrade from the MVP and a coach that's an upgrade from the COY.

    Then why did everyone assume he would be fired after next year? Supposedly he was told before this past season that he would be fired if he didn't make the NCAA's.

    I remember when IU fans were all outraged and disgusted when Cal came to UK and ran off players to free up scholarships.
