Except that radio guys and now Hub Arkush are repeating the same stories that they've gotten in each other's faces and had a confrontation. All Score guys. When guys like David Haugh or Brad Biggs start saying that this confrontation happened, then I'll start to buy in. (BTW, hilarious that the Sun-Times had Dan McNeil, a Score guy, write the article on this today.) But Hub has always struck me as pretty bitter about losing the Bears announcer job, so I pretty much take everything he says with a massive amount of skepticism. I think Urlacher was probably drunk in Vegas, and said something to Bobby. I don't think it was put exactly the way Bobby said....even he said "he pretty much called him a ***sy"....not exactly a direct quotation. In any case, I think it was probably something about the way the Denver thing went down, not about his play abilities. But the OTA confrontation story sounds like a couple of guys over there stirring the pot. So everyone is making everything up. Then Hub came in to make that up because he's bitter? Even though he likes Urlacher and he, along with B&B have been giddy for months about the Cutler deal? Then you think Wade exaggerated or made up his side of the story. Ah-huh. And it's all taken out of context and misunderstood. Again this isn't going to hurt your team. But to act like this whole thing is made up on all ends for some unknown reason is ridiculous. Urlacher is a meathead and widely considered pretty douchey. For the first time in his career he isn't THE star. Then you have Cutler who is a pretty brash, fairly cocky QB who wants to be the man and isn't going to back down. The entire situation is extremely believable.
