    I figured. They continued playing bend but don’t break without the threat of Love taking a deep shot and the lack of blitzing. Also noteworthy the games that Love started and finished the last couple years ended in losses by a blocked game winning fg and a bad pass to possibly tie the game.

    You’re confusing them with the Reds. Their main goal is to construct a team with a floor of 82 wins. Building a team capable of winning 88 games and maybe or maybe not underachieving your pythag win% by 5 games is the goal. Tom and Jed are more ambitious than building the 82 win capable Reds.

    Successful season relative to the bar we’ve set. 6 months of watchable and relevant baseball, met the team’s ceiling of expectations before the season started (92 wins, winning a playoff series), watching PCA, Busch, Shaw and Horton emerge as important future contributors. Between a B and B+. Tom and Jed would give it an A++.

    He’s a solid WR4 and that’s it. Has a -EPA when targeted too. They need Burden back badly let alone Rome.

    First time since 04-08 the Bears have beaten the packers at least once in consecutive seasons.

    They didn’t punt vs Carolina either and only scored 13.

    It’s happened twice this year to the packers. The other was their 13-16 loss to Carolina which is kind of amazing.

    Broncos are very physical and both lines wear opponents down. Same thing happened with Detroit last season and even the bears this year. Teams are 3-10-1 or something like that the following week after playing the Bears. Its still the Packers though so I won’t get my hopes up.

    The quantity of pass catchers is a huge strength. I don’t trust OZ or anyone else on this depth chart to beat them with only DJ to worry about. Loveland will have to step up. I’d like to see him line up in the slot.
