I was at the game in 2002 when he struck out 12 in six innings against Houston, at one point striking out 7 in a row after struggling early on. Never have I been so excited for a Cubs prospect. That being said, I'm glad San Diego has to deal with his injuries and not us. And I was at a night game at Wrigley in August or September against the Padres...and we needed the game...dont remember which year....and he got bar-b-qued. So what? He had a lot of potential...some great moments...and got hurt. End of story.....for the Cubs anyway....which is all I care about.
