I'd say mid 90s if they had everybody healthy and for the majority of the season (Horton, Steele, Boyd) but (not to go down this road again) I think there are still some areas they can improve on to be more competitive in the playoffs. Similar to the Rays. Rays are a good regular season team in a lot of years but they can never quite get to the finish line.
I also think the Peterson move is sneaky good. I mean, 3 consecutive years I think with a FIP under 4. He's way better than Cabrera. Although I'm not sure they make that move in a scenario where they are fully healthy.
