  1. -Horton and Shaw are both regulars after the All Star break -Justin Steele repeats his year from last season -Michael Busch finishes 2nd in ROY behind Wyatt Langford -Morel his 40 Hr's this season
  2. I'm extremely happy with how the offseason turned out after the initial disappointment. B+ for me
  3. Hitters Sleeper: Christian Franklin, like what I saw from him in ST, he hits the ball hard and has a good eye, could see a BJ Murray type breakout from him Keeper: BJ Murray, I definitely see him contributing this year on the big league team Weeper: Brennen Davis, just cant see him staying healthy and concussions always tend to linger, hope im wrong Pitchers Sleeper: Drew Grey, think this is the year he breaks out as a legit prospect Keeper: Brandon Birdsell, love his pitch mix and I think he contributes this year Weeper: Kohl Franklin, love the stuff but he cant throw strikes to save his life.
  4. 7k from Wicks today. Nice
  5. I literally dont care if he makes 100 errors at 3rd the rest of the spring. Just keep getting him reps there.
  6. I got faith in Hendricks and Shota
  7. With Bellinger in the fold, i think this is a mid 80s team. The bullpen is my big question mark and back half of the rotation is my big question mark.
  8. I read he sits 93-95 and has hit 97 on his fastball and his curve and slider are solid pitches
  9. Interesting return for Horn too. Thompson struggles with walks but he has intriguing stuff.
  10. same. He finished the year strong and hes versatile.
  11. that doesnt sound too good.
  12. Looks like no Busch in the lineup again. Is there something going on with him? I'm not that concerned but I figured he would be getting as many reps as possible at 1B prior to the season starting.
  13. Great God dang contract. Happy as horsefeathers that he's back for the year
  14. Counsell told him he's 100% not making the team out of spring training. Which is good imo. Let him relax since his outcome for ST is known and focus on hitting.
  15. Would love if he broke camp with the team but I'd personally like to see him get half a season at AAA and reevaluate then.
  16. Admittedly i knew nothing about Cade Horton on draft night. What sold me was that CWS performance. You could see the potential. I have extremely high hopes for him in the feature because he looks like a future ace. He's just been so good.
  17. Meh, not too upset about missing on Hoskins. Busch is clearly going to be our opening day 1B. Probably going to platoon him with Wisdom (and hopefully Bellinger). Wish we had been in on Moore though.
  18. Yeah I am skeptical on that too. I think Busch will hit but I think were looking at a small adjustment period before he really takes off.
  19. Damn. It sucks to lose Ferris but I like Busch and he's for sure on the opening day roster
  20. For every 5 players the Dodgers sign, one team is allowed to sign another FA
  21. 1908 had a really good post and linked a video a few months ago on PSD about Steele and seam shifted wake which explained why his fastball was so interesting and tough to hit
  22. I constantly remember hearing perfect mechanics when it came to Prior during his draft year and the short time he spent on the minors
  23. Easily. That rotation was incredible and got ran into the ground.
