    Very first Cubs game was in 97 and still recall watching Ryno warm up in the on deck circle with my Dad. He was probably the first player I can recall truly liking. Then it was Sosa. Was also a huge Kerry Wood fan and I loved watching Mark Prior in 03. Arrieta, Javy and KB were my guys in the Theo era. Current team, I like Happ quite a bit and Steele.

    I am surprised but I'm cool with keeping Tauchman as our fourth OF. Not like the return would be very much and he can still help us win games now, even though a WC spot is not likely

    I hope they keep a similar look to Kaufmann if they get that stadium. I think Kaufmann is a cool looking stadium. Not sure how fan friendly it is but it looks neat

    I wont be surprised when the Cubs move no one and are over the LT so they can use that excuse to not spend money on Soto in the offseason

    Mark Fiensted did an AMA on reddit a few hours ago and he seemed to think it was heading in the direction of Taillon getting traded but ill believe it when I see it. He shouldnt be pitching tonight either way until after the trade deadline imo, but we are trying to win games still

    Man, seems like the Cubs went heavy on scouting plays with pitchers this year. This just feels like a weird draft for the Cubs to me. Love Cam Smith though. Happy to have taken him.
