    Early on, out of the Hernandez Brothers, Alexis seems to be the more interesting of the two by a decent margin. Alexis 2023 ACL (so far) 135 PA .336/.430/.543 Christian 2022 ACL 175 PA .261/.320/.357 Interesting when you consider Christian was the much higher rated prospect. Still early for both no doubt, but it just shows you how much of a crapshoot international prospects and their rankings can be.

    Smyly sucks hard. When Stroman comes back hopefully the rotation looks like. Steele Stroman Tallion Hendricks Assad/Wes/Killian bullpen game Not thrilled about that four and five spot but if Stroman can at least come back to his career numbers that's a pretty solid one through three.

    yeah thats not a bad point, a rental Stroman who has been terrible for over a month was probably not going to get the haul anyone would have been super pumped about, but if the Cubs are just going to end up being a .500 team like they basically have been all year I still would have rather gotten something for Stro vs nothing. Especially, when some of the best prospects in the Cubs system right now were acquired from trading half year rentals (PCA, Alcantara, Ben Brown)
