    He has definitely said in the past that he'd prefer not to move from leadoff. He has definitely said in the past that he'll hit wherever they tell him to. No word on whether he was saying that while muffing fly ball in front of the under armour sign. He said he'd hit anywhere they asked him to, but then he muffed some flyballs in front of the under armor sign, and he was probably wearing an under armor shirt when he did that, and the irony is too much for me, so he was probably lying when he said that. And he makes 138M dollars. he probably just wanted to go home to his mansion

    In my experiences, it's really difficult to overslide a bag in softball. i held a tag on someone who overslid second base and got them out last fall. it was great.

    this is a really bad offseason if we don't get peavy. we traded a lot of value for junk we think the padres want.

    it's better that we can replace Harden in the rotation with Marshall instead of Peavy? almost as odd as whoever's talking about cult of flagellants and frenzy of loathing to the nth degree or some Veterans Committee what? no. it's nice to have a sean marshall to fill in when our starters get hurt. rather than the juan mateo/les walrond/ryan o'malley type. but if we had peavy we would have him instead of marshall. i mean, i can see your point if the trade had actually taken place and you were glad we were able to keep marshall, but what you're saying doesn't make any sense.
