  1. just a little fyi I will continue to not respond to your personal attacks(well I guess this time doesn't count :P ). You have been at this for a while now with me. Keep at it if you wish. I actually kinda get a kick out of it to be honest. Obviously I am getting under your skin. I just don't intend to get into a pissing match with anyone. It's pointless. I may a generic quote about human nature and you assume I'm attacking you? I wonder why that is... :-k because you hate yourself
  2. Ha. You guys getting on disgruntled cubs fan's case made for more posts than the actual game.
  3. Les Walrond? I guess that's one way to break the winning streak
  4. I think that at that point you could get away with a crappy outfield O.
  5. Another thing this could be a symptom of is a cutoff of blood flow in one of the major arteries that feeds the brain. Not good. Best wishes to the Lees.
  6. you're welcome
  7. I am now absolutely convinced that this league does not count receiving touchdowns. Example: this week I have Plaxico Burress with 6 catches for 114 yards and a TD. 6 catches equals 6 points. 114 yards equals 11.4 points. My total points for Plax this week: 17.40. No points for the TD. The commish needs to change this....
  8. i'm not so sure. Count your point totals this week for your WRs and see....
  9. Why does this league give no points for receiving touchdowns?
  10. it's always nice when the fishy late hit call that Notre Dame gets every game occurs when the game's out of reach anyway.
  11. That has nothing to do with the protest, it's an Oriole fan tradition to emphasize the O in the anthem. i misunderstood.....i thought they shouted "o" during the whole anthem... you mean like Blackhawks fans clapping and cheering through the whole thing? not that they do anymore.....
  12. I'm so glad the Cubs are rounding into form this time of the year.
  13. Bears Bears Bears Bears Bears Bears Bears
  14. Fine, I'll give another hint: s***s
  15. hint: it's a swear word
  16. As long as they stop scoring when they are up by 20 or so... Well played
  17. I don't have a problem with the fake punt.
  18. You mean Macy's *vomits*
  19. 70% how you look, 20% how you sound, and only 10% what you say
  20. Well, that sucked
  21. Fight on State Fight on State Strike your gait and win Victory we predict for thee We’re ever true to you, dear old White and Blue. Onward State Onward State Roar, Lions, roar We’ll hit that line, roll up the score, Fight on to victory ever more, Fight on, on, on, on, on, Fight on, on, Penn State!
  22. You would have to be crazy to take Freel or Clark over Vernon Wells. Not really. Vernon Wells is having a tremendous year but his previous two seasons he posted OPS+ of 104 and 103. It would probably take a lot to get him, while the Reds and Brewers are more than willing to part with Freel or Clark. Freel and Clark post MUCH better On-Base Percentages, which is exactly what the Cubs need, not more toolsy guys who swing at everything. I dont agree with anything you said. Let's take a look at Vernon's numbers for this year: AVG .313 | HR 31 | RBI 93 | OBP .367 | SLG .568 . Yeah I guess Freel and that other guy are better. What part of but his previous two seasons did you not take note of in this situation?
