Who gives a damn what the fans think? They'll keep showing up and filling the ballpark, which is all that matters. Trade Lee if you can get that sort of deal, take a beating from jay Mariotti for 3 weeks, and then go out and laugh in everyone's face when the team does better than this year.

I disagree. This season has not been fun for me, nor for almost any other Cubs fan. I want them to feel the same way I do.

when did we sign Shaq? The best was that when Shaq actually graduated (1999, I believe, since he took summer classes for years and years), LSU had him back to give the keynote address at graduation.
