Curious, if there a way to find out but I haven't really been like dam I'm glad Madrigal playing 3B on that ball because I don't think Morel or whomever else would of made that play. 🤷♂️

I look at the Cubs hitters and don't expect much of a change for the better. Sure a couple of these guys will be better then they have been but overall this looks like a group that will look good at times and then look like crap more often then not. This team will be as good as the SP can carry them and without being able to score runs plus with a shaky bullpen, the SP has to be just about perfect to keep them in games and give them a chance to win.

Funny because most of what I say ends up true or close to it... If this team is underachieving and are below 500 in July, there's no doubt Hoyer will trade guys like Bellinger and Happ

Ehhh.. they were close to trading Bellinger last year til Swanson talked him out of it and who did they add, Cuas and Candelario... This season if they're under .500 in July, Hoyer won't hesitate to trade away Bellinger, Happ, etc. and bring up the kids from Iowa and let them play out the season. I know eventually a couple of these guys will start hitting again, just hope it not too late and the SP continues to pitch well enough

It actually benefits the Cubs as they wont have to do a bullpen day on Sunday, they'll have Imanaga and Taillon for the weekend games.
