I get what you're saying but a move to 1B doesn't necessarily have to be for negative reasons. A move to 1B could be because both PCA and Caissie are ready to move up. Busch could move to DH Belli will get 27.5 and 25 in final 2 years both are option years, it's possible he could opt in next year even after a good season and then look to be a FA after 2025 or maybe the Cubs extend him after this season.

I kinda like if this is Counsell plan for Brown, seeing him pitch every 4 or 5 days for 3+ innings if needed. Keeps him stretched out, gets him needed mlb experience, and saves the pen for a day

If Bellinger opts back in, he could be moved to 1B. They can and probably will look to trade Happ. It's not just PCA, Caissie could be ready to move up next season too
