  1. Lmao, I forgot about him, wasn't he supposed to pitch today ? What happened to Hodge
  2. Ehhh, I mean they had a 2 run lead in the 8th with the normal 8th inning guy pitching to hold the lead, so how they got there becomes irrelevant because they were in the spot you hoped they'd be in even in a normal situation. Keller didn't succeed in his part today. This said, I dont care for bullpen games and I really dont see much of an advantage in using an opener.
  3. I hope and pray Hoyer is able to and can go out and get the needed arms for the rotation and bullpen because despite a couple individuals the offense can put runs up on the board. Let get at least 2 back here to have a legit shot in the 9th
  4. Fucks sake.... Oh well, maybe the bats have more left in them, i said it would probably take 10.
  5. Uggggh... Got the crooked number and lead, now need the late inning relievers to do their part.
  6. Come on Shaw, if you're not gonna hit, you gotta at least have positive outs and get that runner over.
  7. Ugggh Eventually a crooked number inning will happen, just need to hold the Cards
  8. Only when the psychologist tells him that there will be multiple people (baserunners) in the room with them.
  9. Swanson lol... I kinda would like to see what he could do as a leadoff hitter, Happ hasn't really done much in his last 10-12 games, why not change it up for a series or two and see what happens. Swanson Tucker Suzuki PCA Happ Busch Hoerner Catcher Shaw
  10. Yea, with the way the overall hitting has been for them, I can see CC and Hoyer sticking with Shaw mainly because of his glove and hoping at some point in season his bat comes around.
  11. I mean if he gets them 3 or 4, depending on pitches theyre allowing him, it could be a good thing because hes pitching well. 🤷‍♂️
  12. Yep, one of two things happens with Turner after the break depending on what he wants to do. 1. He gets released if he wants to try and hook up with another contending team that will play him. 2. He comes up with an injury that will put him on IL for a month but hes able to stay in clubhouse/dugout with team. I think he'll choose number 2, cause theres no guarentee a contending team will want him or even keep him the rest of year. He can have a chance at being activated September when rosters expand . Who knows maybe CC and Hoyer decides in the playoffs that having Turner on the bench for a possibility of pinch hitting could benefit.
