  11. Seriously. The folks that think Theriot's worthless seem to be unaware of just how many awful SS are getting regular ABs around MLB. The league's littered with the likes of Everett, Lugo, Izturis, Brendan Ryan, Betancourt, O Cabrera, Cliff Pennington, etc etc. Theriot would be an upgrade on several teams. That doesn't make him right for this team. The Cubs are a top-tier payroll team with current better in-house options. Just because other teams send out crappy players doesn't mean every team has to. I think you may have missed his point. Entirely. I always miss his points. I was operating under the assumption he was thinking Theriot was somehow a lot more valuable than what he is. I think he was just pointing out that he has more value to certain other teams than he does to us. Which, to me, means that he supports moving him, not keeping him on the Cubs

  13. I think the list of Hendry's accomplishments starts and ends with the Aramis trade. No way you can put this year's lack of production on him.
  14. I was at this one, too. I've been to 5 or 6 now and I haven't seen the bad team play poorly yet
  15. The difference between their exit interviews is just staggering. Tiger can really make it hard to root for him sometimes
  16. YOU be quiet. You were the butt of arguably the best joke.
