  1. Wow, this thread really brought out the morons. I didn't know there were so many left still
  2. As much as it pains me to say this, Jim Edmonds was better than both of them for the entire time he played. It pains me to read that, because it's patently false. Patently? I don't think so. It's really not even up for debate. His ability to make flashy dives covered up his less-than-stellar range and his arm was average. He was by far the most fun to watch, though. In my opinion, he was inferior to Cameron Torii Jones Crisp I'm forgetting a few others.

  4. Not questioning the AGE for Moyer, but is that WHIP correct? It sure is. Only by pitching half your games in Philly can you maintain that kind of WHIP and still have a pedestrian ERA
  5. Do it. Hamilton is not ending the season like this, IMO. I'm trying to move him, too
  6. When was Ichiro a free agent? For all we know he just misspelled Pujols. Oh my God this did not get enough appreciation
  7. Man, when the Tex trade was announced, it was perceived as Salty and spare parts. I had no idea Andrus and Feliz were included. They have plans for Feliz to start, right?
  8. I'm surprised nobody has tried to blame Hendry for the poor facilities. I'm surprised you haven't given him credit for planting the ivy Good work today
  9. I remember asking my Dad and him saying "how the hell should I know?" Good times
  10. I wonder if they've given up on Brandon Wood yet. Maybe they would let us have Napoli since Conger seems ready to take over behind the plate. Hell, we'll even throw in Colvin for good measure. :beg: Why would they need 2 first basemen? HAH!
  11. Kind of disappointing. Given how long it's been since he's had Tommy John, I wonder if that velocity will ever come back. If he has a 74 mph changeup, the 89 mph fastball will work for him. No kidding. How is this even possible? The speed differential between the two has to typically be less than 10 mph, right? Yeah, looks like I'm right. http://friarforecast.com/?p=1739

  13. He has to be doing this on purpose by now
  14. No, but I figure we'd pay quite a bit of it in that situation, and I don't feel it's necessary for a guy who's not an upgrade, in my opinion
  15. I'm honestly rather have Fukudome straight up
  16. Chris Young? Seriously? Is he gonna ask Ted Lilly to be his pitcher? Uhhh, he's my darkhorse, I think. He has awesome power. Speaking of, Where is Mark Reynolds?
  17. At this point, that's a compliment. I'm going with dense
  18. You play in an AL West only league? Going from Safeco to Yankee stadium as a lefty? From the AL West to the AL East? Significant
  19. They put it up for auction and a C. Nosure won the exclusive rights. Haha YES
  20. dammitttt this is really disappointing for my fantasy team
  21. hahaha it's way too easy to channel Rozner convincingly
