So are the Phillies, I'd guess. I think our bullpen is better, so that's always cool. Unfortunately their offense is better than ours, even sans Utley & Victorino...

wow, we could at least wait for confirmation that no moves are going to be made before crucifying him, couldn't we? Never too early to prepare for the letdown. Yup... I've been let down by the Cubs my entire life, another disappointing day would simply be status quo...

No moves yet? Well, at least it'll be fun this off season being secure in the knowledge we've retained all of our blue chip farm hands....

Nope, I don't think we're good enough. And I don't care whether the post-season is a crap-shoot & that the "best" team doesn't always win (a la cardinals last year). Color me crazy, but I'd rather go into a gun fight w/ more bullets, not less..I don't want to count on lucking into a hot streak. Heck, I'm still not convinced we're gonna make the post-season w/ the present roster...
