Hey Z: Once again, I remind you-- there's no need for you to go full count 2 out of every 3 batters... It'd be nice to see you pitching into the 8th w/ no more than 100 pitches.. Oh, and it would be kinda cool if the offense could step up again as well...

Acquiring Payton makes no sense, even under vance's best case scenario as far as the usage of players.... Look, I know Pagan isn't great, and we can't expect him to keep performing, but the fact is, for the most part, Pagan has been a contributor... Lou clearly just doesn't like Murton....this move can't be explained any other reasonable way IMO.

Ugh. That's no good. Not getting traded.. Ugh. So Lou puts Murton in the lineup and then at the last minute figures out that tomorrow is an afternoon game and then puts Floyd in?? Well, Lou does drink alot.. Lou should lay off the vino & realize that he is best served by using Cliff off the bench & allowing Murton regular playing time. If Murton isn't going to start regularly, trade his a**; he just doesn't appear to be a guy who's gonna perform w/ only irregular playing time.

so you'd put the tying run on with a walk up by two? Didn't Pujols drive in the winning run (Rolen--who was on second)? The only runner that mattered was Rolen..
