  1. Stairway to Heaven by the Michigan marching band. I like it.
  2. Both defenses came to play today.

  4. West Virginia wins the Gator Bowl.
  5. I've been very impressed with the Arkansas defense today and very unimpressed with the Wisconsin offense. It's very underrated. I've seen them play a few times this year and they are quite good. Apparently not good enough. Wisconsin wins. Big 10 acquitting themselves quite nicely against the SEC today. It wasn't really the D's fault. Give up 17 points to a good team you have to expect to win, the offense couldn't move it on Wisconsin though. As far as the Big 10 dominating the SEC, it's true. Arkansas had 368 total yards to Wisconsin's 203. Arkansas moved the ball, they just couldn't score.
  6. Wisconsin is going to win this game.
  7. Interception WVU. They're up 38-35 with 7:30 to go.
  8. I've been very impressed with the Arkansas defense today and very unimpressed with the Wisconsin offense.
  9. Touchdown Arkansas. 17-14 Wisconsin.
  10. WVU's defense decided to show up in the second half.
  11. West Virginia has taken the lead over Georgia Tech 38-35.
  12. I don't know why Arkansas even bothers to throw the ball.
  13. He's much like Ainge is, he might come out but I don't think he should. They could both be great NFL QBs but I think both need another year in college first. I'm not sold on Brennan mainly because of his throwing motion and partly because of the Hawaii's gimmick offense.
  14. Touchdown WVU. 35-31 Georgia Tech.
  15. Are there any other QB's besides Quinn and Smith who are seniors or likely to come out in the draft? Because I'm seriously considering wanting the Raiders to pick him in the draft considering I would be surprised if Porter and Moss return next year. I know I doubted him before but I realize, with this bowl game, that he was really, really hurt by crappy QB play. Reggie Ball. :P I hate you for even suggesting that. :D I did need a good laugh though.

I know I doubted him before but I realize, with this bowl game, that he was really, really hurt by crappy QB play. Russell from LSU is likely to come out. Is it possible that he drops to, oh I don't know, the 33rd overall pick? :D I wouldn't mind him at QB. Decisions, decisions. ETA: Either way, I don't want Aaron Brooks or Andrew Walter to be the starter next year. Hell, bring in Warner for a year if the rookie isn't ready. That would be better than Brooks/Walter.
  17. Touchdown WVU on a nice pass by Pat White. 35-24 Georgia Tech.

  19. So much for that. Onside kick recovered by Georgia Tech. Oh, and Steve Slaton isn't playing in the second half. Not looking good for West Virginia.
  20. and? Thereare many players now who juice or have juiced. Seems like that would make the game pretty different as well. Raising the mound only helps the pitchers while lowering the mound only helps the hitters. Steroids help both.

  22. Game over. Auburn 17-14.
  23. Auburn picks up a first down and will beat Nebraska 17-14. EDIT: I guess it's being reviewed. EDIT #2: After the review, the officials said Irons was down one foot short of the first down marker so it will be fourth down for Auburn.
  24. Horrible decision by the QB to throw the ball away. On 4th down in that situation, you have to try something even if it's picked. You have nothing to lose. An incomplete pass and an interception both mean the same thing on fourth down. Plus, if you throw it in the direction of one of your receivers, there's the potential for pass interference to be called.
  25. Nebraska can't convert on 4th down and Auburn will get the ball back with 1:36 left and a 17-14 lead. Crappy play call by Callahan.
