Speaking of Mater Dei, I saw them a replay on TV of their D-II state title game against Archbishop Mitty and my god did they have some ridiculous height. I can't believe (after looking online) that Love had 36 points in that game.

Anybody know a site that shows the first and second half splits for the game? I would like to know what UNC shot from the field in the second half because they were around 50% in the first half and ended up at 35.7 for the game.

Assuming UCLA can put up a better fight this time. That's two straight scares for my bracket with Georgetown. I really wouldn't mind a nice 10-15 point victory over OSU in the next round.

If Carolina loses this game it's just another example for my "Blown Opportunity" theory where a team has a shot to win a game or a series, blows the chance and never has a good shot to win in overtime or the next game.

Ellington missed a three and Georgetown with the board and timeout. There are 1.4 seconds left on the clock and they might add more. Come on Hoyas. EDIT: At the very least we're going to overtime.

Why did he have to commit that foul Billy? He didn't have to foul Wright. At this point, having an extra foul to work with is probably worth the free dunk that Wright would have got. Now, one foul and he's out of the game.

Given their ridiculous shooting so far this game, this is a pretty absurd statement. Good point. But they had missed six or seven in a row at that point. I know. They're lucky that UNC decided to stop scoring or running an offense of any appreciable kind for that period. Even still, if Georgetown was shooting 45% in the game, they would be down 15-20 points right now. Crap. Hibbert picked up his fourth foul.

Hibbert CAN'T pick up his fourth foul here. Georgetown is getting manhandled on the boards right now. And like clockwork, Hoyas cut the lead to 3, Carolina bumps it back up to 9.

Georgetown just can't get over the bubble. Every time they cut it down to 5, UNC hits a shot or two to get it back up to 8 or 9.

Georgetown only down 6 at the half despite UNC going 17-20 from the FT line to Georgetown's 2-5. I think Thompson needs to stick with the 2-3 zone in the second half for a while to keep Hibbert out of foul trouble.

If you're talking about the one where the guy drives into the water and the wheels turn into propellers, yes. Speaking of that commercial, I love how it says "Do not attempt" when he's driving into the ocean. And how many people do you think have gone into to a hummer dealership and asked how much it would cost to add propellers to their car wheels?
