    In a 14 inning game... and it was a pinch runner. Anyway, these things happen in 14 inning games. Just be thankful that Theriot (best comparison to Doug Dascenzo?) didn't end up pitching No, it was last night: d-Marquis, PH 1 0 0 0 0 0 0 .250 Well Lou had already used Theriot, Cedeno, Ward, and Murton as pinch hitters (or in Cedeno's case, a pinch runner). Who would you rather see pinch hitting, Marquis or Blanco? Or if Cedeno wasn't used yet, Marquis or Cedeno?

    I realize you're joking here but Golden State did go 3-0 against Dallas this year - although in the last game Dallas didn't play Nowitzki, Howard, or Stackhouse. I'm not saying Golden State will win the series but I don't see a Dallas sweep. Dallas in 6.

    Here are the other first round matchups. East 1. Detroit vs. 8. Orlando 2. Cleveland vs. 7. Washington 3. Toronto vs. 6. New Jersey West 1. Dallas vs. 8. Golden State 2. Phoenix vs. 7 L.A. Lakers 3. San Antonio vs. 6. Denver 4. Utah vs. 5. Houston I want to be optomistic but I can't see my boys taking the Suns past 5 games.

    Bullpen needs the rest, team needs the pitching. I like it. Yeah, I would have somebody warming up just in case but if he has a quick inning, there is no sense in taking him out. If he gets into any trouble, Lou will probably take him out.
