At one point earlier this year I said something along the lines that the Cubs could win 100+ games each year for a decade straight, win the World Series each year, and he'd still overreact like this. It's just who he is and nothing the Cubs do will ever change it. I mean you're probably right but there have been plenty of frustrating moments this year that at least somewhat warrant some of it. You declared the game over at 2-0 in the first inning. That would be a stupid thing to do if it was the 2012 Cubs playing this year's Dodger team with Kershaw pitching. This is, at the very least, a decent Cubs team playing a crappy Phillies team. It's just a flat out dumb thing to post or think. There's a big difference between complaining about a starting pitcher getting knocked around or a player on another team killing the Cubs and saying a game is over in the 1st inning.
