    I was going to say you forgot about Edwin but he didn’t start any games for the 2015 team, just had 23 appearances out of the pen.

    Chatwood starts off the game with homer, walk, walk and somehow isn’t the first pitcher removed. I didn’t see that coming.

    Yeah, that was dumb. It’s the third minute. Just give up the goal. Easier to come back from a goal down than play 87 minutes with 10 men and probably be a goal down.

    we play them like 8 times in 11 days its insane Good, we'll end their season in a week and a half span.

    Just noticed we have a 5 game set coming out of the break against the Cards. That will hopefully be really fun.

    Might be better to be the runner up in Group G anyway. Winner would get the runner up of H followed by the winner of Brazil-Germany (assuming Mexico wins the group). Loser gets Colombia and the winner of Mexico-Serbia/Switzerland. Could end up with France, Brazil, Belgium, Germany, Portugal/Spain and Uruguay all on one side of the bracket. Looking good for Spain/Argentina if they can win their groups.

    Call me crazy but it might not be a good idea to leave a guy who has scored 25+ goals in the England the last three years wide open on the far post.

    I love that even though we've crushed the Cards over the last 2 1/2 seasons, including donging them to death in the playoffs, and are a better team, you still assume we're going to lose in annoying fashion. Never change.

    This. Pretty disappointed Germany didn’t adjust. Mexico’s game plan was to hit them on the counter and they had a couple odd man rushes before they scored. Wing backs kept going forward but they had no cover. Mexico fully deserved that first goal.

    The first one was fine since he was clearly bunting for a hit and the 3Bman was playing deep. But the last one was clearly a sac.
