They would rather have us. I bet they'd rather face Colorado knowing their best two pitchers will only go once each in the series unless they start Marquez on 3 days rest on Friday.

I really feel bad for our starters. They've been amazing for a month and a half now and the offense just shits the bed two of every three games.

I mean it’s hard to compare the offensive numbers from last year to this year and look at the % of PA taken by players on the team in 2017 and not fire him. I’m sure Theo has some fancy advanced statistics that tell him how much Chili sucks too Jesse Rogers wrote in a story about the bats today that they've gotten better in situational hitting. I don't know what he was looking at but I looked up BA/OPS with runners on, RISP and RISP with 2 outs and they all got worse except for BA with runners on, which went from .256 to .269. I imagine most situational stats got worse since our offense as a whole got worse.

this I can agree with completely just think/hope it's not tonight I'll probably treat it like I treated the Cubs in like 2012. If they're on and I'm not doing anything, I'll tune in for a bit. But it won't be appointment viewing. Might watch the World Series depending on the matchup.
