Scott Moore with a 2-RBI single for the WT runs. Daytona still down 1-0 in the 6th inning of game two. Peoria now down 5-0 in the 5th, Blackford is struggling. Mike Billek gives up 7 runs in 0.2 innings and Boise is down 7-0 after 1. Tyler Colvin is 1 for 1 with a triple. Mesa down 7-0 in the 7th inning of game 1.

    As much as I touted him in the past, there comes a point when being away from the game too long has an impact. With his age and time from the game, I still think he can do well, just that he won't be given a chance. IMO, Hershiser is the best potential candidate out there for manager. Orel over Fredi? I disagree.

    I personally find it very interesting and peculiar that Maddux has done well in back-to-back starts in a pitcher-friendly environment like Dodger Stadium. And it is unsual for players to go through slumps and hot streaks.

    DJaxx lead the Suns in game two 2-1 after 4. Mathes has 6 Ks in 4 innings. Boise down 6-2 in the middle of the 5th. Canzler hit a solo HR in the bottom of the 4th. Renshaw gave up 2 runs in the 4th on a solo HR, single and an RBI triple. His final line is: 4 IP, 5 ER, 8 H, 1 BB, 1 K. Ruhlman gave up the other run in the top of the 5th.
