  1. Any idea when said press conference might be?
  2. http://i43.photobucket.com/albums/e357/mldavis79/JC218.jpg so chad took jay and g-reg out to eat
  3. :rotfl: Is that really necessary?
  4. So TT had a ridiculous beast of a game last night.... 22 pts, 13 rebounds, 7/9 from the field, 2 blocks and 1 TO in like 25 min He also went 8/13 from the line, which is pretty crappy for him.
  5. same exact thing went on when we played the saints in the nfccg
  6. Adams was already in "our" system in Tampa. When he was decent in his first two years (14th in QB hits last year, and 22nd in hurries. Combined, 16th; more than James Harrison, Dumervil, KVB)? I really don't know what they're doing now with Morris. Not that it means much of anything, but....through first 24 games: Mario Williams: 8.5 sacks. Gaines Adams: 11.0 sacks.
  7. I haven't thought negatively of Mark Anderson at all so far this year. I think it has a lot more to do with the fact that Ogunleye is a free agent at the end of the year. BTW, just read that Adams was 14th in QB hits last year, and 22nd in hurries. Combined, 16th; more than James Harrison, Dumervil, KVB... He's not a bust.
  8. Marinelli + our system + 4th overall pick talent = beast I'm excited about the move, especially in light of what jersey posted about his contract.
  9. http://blogs.dailyherald.com/node/2753 There's a tidbit on Bradley in the blog entry as well.
  10. Apparently, there are players playing without ACL's out there. Roberto Garza is one of them. I think Hines Ward is another.
  11. He's playing without it.
  12. Neifi was good for us? What in the hell?
  13. Well, I mean, the second part of that last sentence isn't all that unreasonable.
  14. Braylon Edwards can catch?
  15. Got 144... Could not remember Ronny Cedeno for the life of me... Took me forever to remember Pierre too.
  16. Seems he's more about mechanics and less about approach. I think that's a good thing, as long as the team's mindset in terms of discipline stays where it is, and I think Lou is all about that.
  17. *shakes fist!!!!*****
  18. I do have to LOL at the Juan Gon and Pudge references though, among others.
  19. So far we haven't seen anything that indicates Jaramillo has much to do with it. I think The Ballpark is a much bigger factor. http://www.baseballamerica.com/today/news/051207galarudy.html Not meant to sway you in any way, but it gives you an idea of who he is, I guess.
  20. Levine reporting that the Cubs are interested.
  21. It was a strange move to demote Joshua in the first place, given the fact that, if anything (at least from what I remembered reading on here), the Cubs offensive numbers improved after the change. Maybe they had this in mind.
  22. I know, it's Rogers... but this is the one hitting coach hire that would actually get me excited. http://www.chicagotribune.com/sports/chi-14-rogers-inside-baseball-oct14,0,346410.column
  23. That's why actually exactly why Toub told him to run it that way.
  24. it could be, if the players who replace him are decent enough scorers who play significantly better defense and you get the ball in the hands of a better player (although he wasn't yet better last year) more often as a result of it. the jury is still out on whether that winds up being the case, though.
  25. The Niners also moved up after beating up on a terrible team.
