Too many places for the ball to go, and Caleb is a rookie QB, so they'll always be in "show me" mode about that. This won't be DJ Moore getting force fed the ball by a QB who struggles getting through his reads and throwing on time. He was a fantasy monster last year.

It does matter and it's good. They all appear to be high character guys who don't stir horsefeathers up, and I'm sure that's (at least to some extent) intentional. It sure would seem that way from the way this FO has talked about players since they came in.

Not sure if posted, but DJ is apparently still working out in LA with Caleb.

If they have a top 10 offense and a top 10 defense, which is reasonably in play, they are super bowl contenders. Basically if Caleb is as good in year 1 as other guys with similar pedigrees (and some with lesser) have done with largely far worse supporting casts.

Outside of Trestman when the offense was stacked with talent, the Martz years were the best the Bears offense was with Jay. That team was rolling until Jay broke his thumb trying to tackle a dude.

Just checking in to say I can't even believe how happy and excited I am as Bears fan right now. This is surreal. So horsefeathers awesome. Really reminds me of how I was feeling about th Cubs heading into 2015.

I didn't find anything DJ said in that interview off-putting or even a little unexpected. If anything, it was boring and vanilla. Weird take.

Yup. And not enough people are talking about it. Falcons played a ton of man on Sunday. Packers play a ton of zone.
