    Billingsley is out til at least June with TJS and Josh Beckett sucks Ah, ok, I wasn't sure what the timeline was for Billingsley's return. Still, that's a really impressive five-man rotation.

    Loxas can barely string a few words together to form a complete thought. The guy's twitter feed is littered with four-word sentence fragments of unintelligible enigmatic [expletive]. I can't remember an instance in which he actually turned out to be right about something. His tweets are consistently far too vague to provide any value.

    I'm not going to lie, there's a part of me that really dislikes Abrams. He's a good slasher, but he really gets carried away sometimes. It wouldn't hurt my feelings at all if Tate started taking more and more of Tracy's minutes. Last night and the Valparaiso games were the only two that I have seen much of so far. Tate wasn't much of a factor in the Valparaiso game, but I felt like last night I got to see a little bit of what everyone else has been saying about him. I was really impressed with his court vision and his decision making. I definitely wouldn't mind him taking some minutes away from Abrams.

    yup. we're not getting cliff. and the snider situation isn't looking good either. and hey, leron black hasn't sent in his LOI yet either. can't wait to have a 2014 class of michael [expletive] finke and nothing.

    heard from someone who is fairly well connected that cliff is pretty much a lock for kansas, but the illinois loyalty insider types still seem confident, so who knows.

    If Cubs players had more personality, the rooftop owners wouldn't be such dicks about the renovation project.

    Definitely forgetting a ton, but off the top of my head, @ZachLowe_NBA, @YourManDevine, @KDonhoops, @freemaneric, @MikePradaSBN, @treykerby, @jeskeets, @TasMelas, & @andrewsharp are all good NBA Twitter feeds in my opinion.

    A lot of it. Right. Maddon is great, but given how Friedman generally operates, I'm not sure I want anything to do with him until his contract is up.

    I've read that Paul was offered a chance to play here with the possibility that he would eventually have to walk on. Not sure how solid that info is though. Even then, that's getting ahead of ourselves. Cliff has to make it out of Lawrence uncommitted before I get too worked up. This is the only kind of thing that would make sense to me. There's almost no chance we lose anyone to the NBA after this season and I can't really see anyone losing their scholarship unless there was already an understanding in place.

    I may have asked this before, but are any of the Illinois boards out there better than Loyalty? I lurk on Loyalty, and it can be great because of the handful of posters that have seemingly solid inside info, but my god, 80% of the posts on there are awful.

    Snider to announce his decision tonight. Since that news broke a half hour ago, six people have switched their Crystal Ball Predictions to Illinois. Up to 74% for Illinois. Ok, now I'll allow myself to be excited.

    Yup, I saw that theory floating around on another board. I actually somehow had more trouble remembering Jackson's name than XRM's.

    Yeah. Last year all the talk surrounded Xavier Rathan Mayes and Demtrius Jackson right after Nunn committed, and look how that turned out. I'm not going to get my hopes up about either guy or read anything into Snider bumping up his visit just yet.
