Piggy, Cherry, Rapada, and Marmol will be fixtures in our BP for years to come. disagree. Marmol probably, the others I doubt it. I'm sure the advance scouts will take your prognostication into consideration. :roll: Are advance scouts the only ones allowed to give opinions about players on this board? Coming into this season you probably didn't think Marmol would be a fixture in our pen for years to come. Both Rapada and Pignietallo (probably misspelled) look like promising players and deserve a shot. -
Brewers go on the road in a couple days so I doubt it. Cordero has also been all over the place lately so I wouldn't count this game over just yet. Have you seen his home/road splits? He's a much, much, much better pitcher at home.

Demp has pitched poorly since coming off the DL. That shouldn't erase the fact that he pitched very well before the DL stint. Hopefully he pulls it together, and soon. -

Hill and Marquis have been inconsistent. I'd love for you to bring some facts with you to prove Marshall's inconsistency. It'd be fun to watch you try to prove it. It's be fun to watch you not be a jerk. I missed this post. Wasn't trying to be a jerk, I honestly would have fun watching you attempt to prove that Marshall has been inconsistent for us this season. Since you made the statement (Twice, I believe) I don't think it's too much to ask for you to prove it.

i don't get why people are so uncomfortable with the back of the rotation, but aren't concerned that the offense regularly has jones, floyd, kendall/k. hill and theriot in it. What's wrong with Theriot? The other guys you mentioned....ew :(

Which would be stupid (though Lou seems to have a flair for overreacting - i.e. Dempster to the rotation for 5 minutes). Gallagher (nor Mateo) can outperform the 3 guys at the back of the rotation right now. guzman could...how long until he is healthy...any time in the near future? He had a set back in Mesa, he's not going to be ready till at least rosters expand. mmm...with september expansion...are those guys eligible for the post-season? August 31st is the last day you can add a player to your roster and have them be eligible for the post season, unless in the case of an injury. (ie if Ward doesn't come back until mid September, he'd still be eligible for the playoff team)

Are you really going to gripe as often as possible about people getting emotional while a game is going on? I very rarely gripe. I thought everybody was going o be excited that rich got out of it with very little damage. I thought it was ridiculous to see some of the responses, so I let people know about it.

what did he do? Joking around. Put on a mask after the foul ball to protect himself. He usually knows where the camera is. The best part was that it was actually a Shin guard that he put over his face.
