    He'd seriously have to consider trading rosters! Lmfao what a joke, there's not a Cubs fan alive or dead who would even CONSIDER trading for the cardinals roster. Unless there were some cubs fans who really enjoyed high draft picks.

    No, you accumulate service time on the 60 day DL. In theory they could option Schwarber prior to DLing him, but that would be a grievance the Cubs would and should lose. It works beautifully in The Show's franchise mode, though. Or it should, anyway. I play all the service time games i can on that game.

    and the cards tie it. all your fault. I'm real glad it worked out. In my defense i was at the airport about to board as i was posting that, so i checked their scores as quickly as i could. That was wreckless though, i would have self banned myself if they both won.

    Wow, that was a dumbass mistake. I really just wanted to make the cocky-ass comment that began the statement. Theyre both losing late, though. Pirates just went final, they lose. Cards down 4-3 in the 8th.

    So the Dbacks managed to trot out 3 completely different, completely terrible uniforms over our 4 game set.(I'd say 4, I've always hated their old uniforms, but I'm letting them slide since they're a godsend by comparison). I didnt even realize they were doing new uniforms until that series. Turns out, they've actually got equally terrible road unis to go with them.
