    I'm just spitballing here, but maybe we should wait until Vitters has played more than 17 professional games to decide that he's so much of a defensive liability that we need to move him somewhere.

    Yeah, Rosa's a 3B. Perfect, yet another reason to promote Marquez Smith.

    I know it's not the only thing people got mad at him about, but blaming Patterson for allowing whoever that was to tag from first base is ridiculous. He had to go away from first to track the ball, and had either of the middle infielders(especially Fontenot) done their job and told him the runner was tagging, he would've thrown the runner out rather easily without the hesitation and double clutch that came with being surprised at the tagging runner.

    Haha, I completely forgot about Safford. Oh well, since there has to be a guard in that spot, he won't be the 5th guy anyway.

    That's too bad. Keon was easy to root for, but he had some issues this past year that rattled him, not the least of which was his brother being shot and killed. For Mizzou, that means a newcomer is guaranteed to start next year, with Lyons, Carroll, Matt Lawrence, and Tiller being the only returning players.

    I don't live in the Chicago area, so I didn't really have any feelings towards Cory Provis before tonight. But when you report that Samardzija got his first win with a "good outing", then proceed to list every part of his line EXCEPT the fact he walked nearly everyone in the opposing lineup, Ima gonna be pissed off. Ridling could use a promotion. Rosa may only be 20, but he's not hitting for a 1B, and I might be crazy, but didn't he play elsewhere on the infield before?

    I don't think you can assume out of hand that Rose's assist totals were suppressed by the Memphis system. With nothing else to go on but High School play(relatively useless), it's just as easy an assumption that Rose isn't a super distributor.

    Anyone have any undrafted players they think could have an impact? I mentioned him before, but I really think Josh Duncan could be a nice backup 4.

    Foster has pretty decent size for a guard, and he can fill it up. He's a strong pick for where the Mavs were at.

    I don't think the Columbia YMCA has a draft. They do. He wasn't picked. Forget Horton, Kalen Grimes' draft night party has been ruined. At least they got a discount on their blizzards.

    Hickson, NC State. Is he any good? I don't think his upside is any greater than Arthur's, although neither of them will be stars. At least they didn't take Koufos.

    Are you gonna be laughing when your boys draft Koufos? I won't be injecting heroin in my forehead on Ferry's doorstep like if they had taken Hibbert, but I won't be happy. Why does my NBA team keep needing KU power forwards to have success?

    The Cavs are going to have to choose between Arthur and Koufos. I'm not optimistic Ferry will make the correct decision.
