    Mekkes gets love here all the time. But he's not going to get prospect hype until he's repeated his stats at least at the AA level. Relievers who don't throw upper 90's just don't get ranked until they've proven it at the highest levels unless they were 1st round picks.

    I really can't see a pitcher with his injury history being #1 in the system. But I keep seeing him there now. That has to be a simple case of ranking inertia that gets corrected in the offseason, right?
